To celebrate the life of Wynter students and staff at the OLC School, Wynter’s alma mater, participated in a dress-down day wearing Wynter’s favorite color (purple). Each student and staff member donated a dollar. All proceeds went to the WynterDiva Foundation. It was a festive event as students shared some of their favorite memories of Wynter.

The WynterDiva Foundation brought in the New Year with a hip-hop drop in class in NYC. Class was led by Xavier, one of the top young hip hop dancers in the NYC area who just happens to be the big brother of Wynter. Refreshments were served and WynterDiva merchandise sold. Some of the top dancers in the area participated and had a blast.

The 1st annual WynterDiva Festival held at Chelsea Piers was a huge success. Over 150 attended with over $9,000 dollars raised. Great dance and gymnastic performances. Through everyone’s donations we were able to provide $12,000 dollars in scholarships to 4 youths in need and donate $3,000 to the Children’s Brain Tumor Foundation (CBTF) to establish the WynterComplementary Therapy Fund.
